Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

The tour starts with an early morning pick up from your Kampala/Entebbe Hotel or airport for a transfer to the park. It takes a 5 to 6 hours drive to get there with en route stopovers for photography and a lunch break. You will arrive in the afternoon and if not tired can go for an evening game drive. Day 2: Game drives & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

After an early morning breakfast you will set out for game drives in the Kasenyi sector where you will see a number of wildlife including antelope species, birds, elephants, buffaloes among others. You will later return to your lodge for a rest and a lunch break and in the afternoon go for a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. The river channel has the highest hippo population in the region as well as other wildlife species like nile crocodiles and a variety of birds. In the evening you will have game drives along the Mweya peninsular and then head to your lodge for a rest.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Departure

You will have breakfast and be taken for a briefing about chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge where you will meet the chimpanzees. The forested gorge has many other primate species and birds therefore chimpanzee tracking here gives you an opportunity to see other wildlife species.
